The COVID-19 Testing and Assessment Centre (CTAC) is open 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
Where to find the centre

49A Waterfront Place in Whitehorse.
The centre is in the building beside the Motor Vehicles office, across the parking lot from Boston Pizza.

There are 2 ways to book a testing appointment at the COVID-19 Testing and Assessment Centre in Whitehorse:
- online; and
- by phone.
In communities contact your health-care provider or local health centre.

Booking pages and appointment confirmations say appointment times are in Mountain Time (MT) but they're actually on Yukon Time (YT).
Whatever time you booked your appointment for, please arrive at that time. Do not adjust. For example, if you booked for 11:10 MT, your appointment is at 11:10 YT.
Notice for students and seasonal workers - April 21, 2021
If you are student returning to Yukon or a seasonal worker, you may be eligible to book your 1st dose of the COVID-19 vaccine while completing your 14-day self-isolation.
You must follow the specific process for the student and seasonal worker vaccination program. Do not book via this web page.
Online
You can book online for:
- yourself; or
- on behalf of another person (child or dependent).
You can find ASL videos with instructions on the booking site.
If you need assistance booking online, you can phone 867-393-3083. They'll help book online for you.
You can only book 1 appointment at a time.

- If you have symptoms of COVID-19, you must self-isolate before your appointment. If you have questions about self-isolation requirements:

- email HEOCSIFacilities@yukon.ca.
- If your test is related to medical travel, you will need to bring proof of your need for medical travel to your appointment. This proof could be:
- a letter,
- a requisition; or
- other documentation.
- Do not arrive early or late for your appointment. This is to support appropriate physical distancing at the centre.
- You will be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle before your test. Dress appropriately for the weather.
