Order a marriage certificate
- Complete the application.
- Submit your application and payment.
In person: At any Vital Statistics office or Territorial Agent. Our office at 204 Lambert Street, 4th floor of the Financial Plaza in Whitehorse is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We accept cash, cheque, money order, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Certificate
The marriage certificate measures 21.6 cm x 17.8 cm (7" x 8.5").
It includes the following:
- Full names and birthplaces of the couple
- Date of marriage
- Place of marriage
- Registration number
- Date of registration
