How can you book the meeting room?

Fill out a user agreement form and agree to the meeting room policy. As of November 1, 2020, all users must sign a user agreement form even if they have signed a form in the past.

The meeting room can be booked up to 2 months in advance. COVID-19 protocols are in place.

What kind of meeting room is available?

Whitehorse Public Library has 1 meeting room available to community (non-profit) groups and government.

The meeting room is available on a 1st-come, 1st-served basis during designated hours. 

The rooms are available for use during library hours:

  • Mondays from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m.  to 6 p.m.

No commercial activity is allowed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings. Priority is given to library programs.

How big is the room?

The room accommodates a maximum of 10 people.
