This service is for people who want to request a copy of their Yukon driver's abstract.
A driver's abstract is a record of your driving history from the date it was issued. It also lists any driving offences you've had in the last 5 years.
Before you start
To request your driver's abstract you'll need:
- your driver’s licence number; and
- cash/cheque/credit/debit card to pay the $10 fee.
How to request your driver’s abstract

Payment must be made with a credit card to use this service.
Once you complete this process, you can download and print your abstract immediately.
Email or fax
- Complete the driver's abstract request form.
- Send your completed form to motor.vehicles@yukon.ca or fax to 867-393-6220.
- Provide your phone number so that we can contact you for payment. Do not include your credit card information in your request.
These requests take up to 2 business days to process.
In person
Go to the nearest Motor Vehicles office.and we'll fulfill your request at the counter.
