Qualifications
We're looking for applicants who demonstrate they have experience with the following.
Designing and building PDF and online forms.
Converting PDF or paper-based forms into digital formats to improve the user experience.
Using form-builder platforms. For example: Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal webforms, Microsoft forms or similar tools.
Designing and formatting forms with Acrobat DC, Adobe InDesign, or similar tools.
Collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
Managing priorities.
Ensuring forms follow the government's with standards and requirements. (Learn more about the government's form standards)
Knowledge and skills
You could be an ideal candidate for this position if you can demonstrate the following.
Strong understanding of UX principles, service design, accessibility (WCAG), and content design.
Working knowledge of web technologies and data formats to build/integrate online forms. These include: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
Knowledge of API integration or connecting forms to databases and backend systems.
Experience integrating forms with workflow or automation tools. For example: Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, or Jira Service Management.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for designing and formatting forms.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple form requests simultaneously. Also adhering to standards and established processes.
Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and adapting to changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and work independently.
Ability and willingness to learn new tools and processes. Able to develop new skills quickly.
Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and delivering high-quality results.
