Meet with people who have experienced situations you can identify with. They will share their triumphs, challenges and choices. Being a caregiver can feel isolating. In this group you'll learn you aren't alone in feeling frustrated, sad or on top of the world. You'll learn to give and receive support each time you attend.
These meetings are facilitated by one of the group's family members. A mental health clinician co-facilitates.
